UISA stands as the largest biorefinery in the state of Mato Grosso and the fifth largest in Brazil, with ongoing investments aimed at becoming the third largest. UISA currently owns about 90 thousand hectares of land for cultivation, industrial park, warehouses, and logistics, producing hydrated and anhydrous ethanol, crystal, refined, crushed sugars, dry yeast, bioenergy and environmental reserves.

Avanço is a soybean operation situated in the states of Maranhão, Mato Grosso and Piauí. CVCP is investing in the Mato Grosso operation.

Geo Biogas & Carbon developed a unique patented process – customized, economically viable and environmentally sustainable – to transform organic waste (feedstock liquids and solids) of the agroindustry. Geo is the largest sugarcane’s organic waste biogas producer in Brazil, actively investing in innovation such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Biometanol.

Luming specializes in producing biogas, electricity, and biomethane in small to medium-scale plants.

Gruen provides turn-key plants to upgrade biogas to biomethane through its unique PSA technology. The company has projects with major players in Brazil, such as Raízen, Geo and Cocal.

Resolve offers a comprehensive range of services to biogas plant owners, including manufacturer representation, importing services, installation, maintenance, technical support and retrofitting, as well as availability of spare parts in inventory. Resolve is also Paulmichl’s and Baur’s representant in Brazil, two of the biggest biogas equipment producers in the World.

VERT is a fintech focused on issuing Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) and Agricultural Receivables Certificates (CRA). The company is one of the largest securitizers in Brazil, with over R$ 57 billion issued to date. Recently, Vert started an DTVM operation in Brazil.

Compass Real Estate is a real estate development company, responsible for the development of 2,300 hectares in Campos dos Goytacazes – RJ, approximately 30km away from the Port of Açu.
